Simple Table Redo

My mom gave me this little half table several months ago in exchange for another I had. She painted it a creamy white and lightly dry brushed some orange over it. I put it in my booth as is, but it just sat and sat. I brought it home and repainted it this weekend using General Finishes Seagull Gray milk paint.

Here is the before:

And after:

Not a huge dramatic change, but still cute nonetheless. I think this may be my absolute favorite shade of gray!!! I LOVE this color!!!!!!!! So soft and subtle!

I had fun with the styling too, and thought I would share some new things I recently picked up while out thrifting.

This porcelain owl got a fresh coat of spray paint!

And I found this cute Target bowl at Goodwill...this may not make it to my booth...

I'll be sharing another cute table redo next week, so check back soon!

  1. Cute table, Melissa! It is a perfect size for a small entry/foyer like mine. Great finds, too. I have a few little things here that I want to spray paint white. Always a great refresh. Tomorrow will probably be a great day for me to set up and do all that {70 and no wind!}.

  3. The gray looks great on the table and you styled it perfectly. Aren't you tempted to keep it?

  6. I love this. Sometimes the most simple redo's give the most impact. And of course the accessories you chose are great too, I love the little subtle colors to the simplistic table
