I have an amazing Cutting Edge Stencils giveaway going on now!! Go HERE to enter!!!!!
I've been doing some fluffing and wanted to show you some of my new finds and how I used them to decorate my fantle (fake mantle).
I finally figured out how I wanted to use my printer block tray I got for Christmas. I think it's a great way to display some of my favorite things.
I know the star ruler and picture look randomly placed, but I needed something to cover up a screw that's right above the printer tray.
I'm not sure why, but I have a growing obsession with caster wheels. I love the juxtaposition of the industrial feel of the casters with the elegance of an apothecary jar!
Ok, who can resist a tray filled with letters, numbers, skeleton keys, mini oil cans, and brass nozzles??
Perfectly rusty bed spring candle holders!!! LOVE!!

Love your collection and it is displayed perfectly in the tray. How fun is this. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteI love your Fantle ... so vintage. You have the eye for design for sure! Thank you for sharing your talent on the "Sunday Stop"!
ReplyDeleteI love all the nooks and crannies of those old trays. So weathered, textured, and space oriented!
ReplyDeleteFun collection and display. I'm a fan of wooden rulers and have a few of the nice old wooden rulers. Some have levels, etc. Simple tool with lots of charm.
ReplyDeleteI for one could NOT resist it! Beautiful display, and I love the ruler star just where it is!
ReplyDeleteThanks for giving me an idea for my old bed springs:) Happy to have you at my party too.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Linda

Wow! Never seen hose nozzles displayed - how cool! Guess what I'll be looking for now? And love the rulers - it's all just great!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun vintage collection; I love the rulers!
ReplyDeleteYour unique style is perfectly displayed this way. I have two printers drawers waiting for me to do something with them-ideas still rattling about in my head. Vintage gardening tools are very collectable now -you are ahead of that curve.
ReplyDeleteYour printer block tray is a wonderful way to display all those little treasures. I love the look of it!
ReplyDeletelove using the wood tape measures as photo holders.

Wow -your collections are almost the same as mine down to the fake mantels. I have three on various walls in the house. (I love the term "fantel"!) I don't collect hose nozzles, but I did collect lawn sprinklers until the collection became too big. I have pots of casters and sometimes will steal them off the furniture I am refinishing. Hope you come visit. I am your newest Linky Follower.

Love your printer's tray display. So jealous. I found a cassette tape holder which I'm going to use for ribbon spools but now I think I need a printer's tray. Lovely found objects, some of my favorites too.
