Yardstick Table

If you've been reading my blog for awhile then you know I'm pretty much obsessed with yardsticks and have been collecting and hoarding them for over a year to start using them on projects.

My first yardstick project was this stool


The second is what I'm sharing with you today. 

We got this cute little white table from a friend.  



Cute, simple, great condition, and I didn't need to paint it - bonus!!

Here it is all fancied up with some yardsticks!

(Did you notice how chippy my doors are getting!! YAY!!)


I think this was the perfect table for a yardstick top. 



I like it slightly distressed too!

    I only have one vintage yardstick. It's from a lumber yard that my grandfather worked at. Both those tables have become super interesting now that you have redone them!

    I do tend to hoard yardsticks from the past so much so I cheat and use new ones that I paint to look old :>)
