Marble Topped Table

Things have been a bit slow at my booth and I think this crazy winter is to blame. People have been hunkering down at home with all this snow we've been getting, and who can blame them! Things are slowly starting to pick up some and my furniture is selling again!! Yay!

I sold a demilune table last week so I painted another small marble topped table I found at Goodwill several months ago to take its place. I'll be taking it to my booth on Friday!

It's a cute little table. Very solid and the marble is just gorgeous!

I really love the gray color in the marble so I decided to play off of that and paint the legs in Relic which is a gorgeous charcoal gray in DecoArt's new chalk paint line that you can order online at Home Depot. It's good stuff!

I chose not to distress because I did not want to take away from the marble.

I love this metal detail too.

I'm a little sad I have to let this one go.
