The day has arrived! I can finally show you my finished bathroom! I'm so excited!!!
But before we get to the reveal I want to say thanks to you fabulous ladies, I have over 100 followers!!!! To celebrate I'll be doing my first giveaway. The prizes will be some of the items you will see in my new bathroom! Go here to enter!!
Ok, back to the bathroom. I should warn you, there are lots of pictures. :) You will have to excuse the quality of the pictures. We took out the window so we no longer have any natural light and the room is very small. So the colors are a little off. Sit back and enjoy.
Just to refresh your memory here are some before pictures.
And here's what the room looks like now.
Ahhh so much better! |
New tile floor |
New tub and surround and the shower curtain my mom and I made out of a drop cloth. | | |
I love toile and have been wanting to use it in my house somewhere so I thought it would be the perfect addition to the shower curtain. |
We also added some grosgrain ribbon |
Remember this broken box I purchased at an estate sale for $1.50? |
I painted it white, distressed it a little and hung it to display other fun finds |
My husband and I made a towel holder out of a picket fence board and old doorknobs |
Tiny bottles of French perfume |
I painted and distressed a frame I already had and added the picture I found from The Graphics Fairy |
I made this from a piece of pallet wood |
This box was another estate sale find. I just noticed I was so excited to show you my bathroom I forgot to do some touch up painting and cover up all the screws. :) |
It's like it was made for the shaving brushes! |
We found these doorknobs at the church where we work. My husband soldered the knob to the plate so we could use them as hand towel holders. |
So, what do you think?
I'm linking to the parties listed in my left-hand sidebar and to:

ReplyDeleteYour bathroom looks great! I noticed that you said you took the window out and I didn't see a vent fan, so I am wondering how you will keep the bathroom from molding. We have a hard time here with a large window in the bathtub/shower and can't wait to get a vent. http//snipssnailsandpuppydogstails.blogspot.com
